Carnival plc will delist from the London Stock Exchange on May 7, moving to a single listing on the New York Stock Exchange after a UK court approved the plan. Trading in London shares halts May 6. Shareholders will swap each plc share for one Carnival Corporation share. FTSE Russell will remove Carnival from its UK indices on May 6, pending final court confirmation.
