Carnival plc ended trading in London ahead of its shift to a single New York Stock Exchange listing, following court approval on May 1. The London listing will be removed from CREST at 18:00 BST, with official delisting set for May 7. Shareholders will exchange each plc share for one Carnival Corporation share. FTSE Russell will drop Carnival from UK indices on May 6.
