The company forecasts £4.0–4.2 billion operating profit and £3.6–3.8 billion free cash flow for 2026, with a £7–9 billion buyback planned through 2028. Rolls-Royce warned of a £150–200 million cash flow hit in 2026 from supply chain issues.
