Carnival plc will delist from the London Stock Exchange on May 7 after a UK court approved its plan to end dual listings. Shares will trade exclusively in New York, and the company will move its legal base from Panama to Bermuda. FTSE Russell will remove Carnival from major UK indices on May 6. Carnival CCL shares rose 1.3% to $26.01 in New York trading.
