Best internet choise in Warszawa

Hi,
Could you guys help me? My Mom lives in Warszawa, Raszyn and I bought laptop (with Wifi card) for her. We are looking for internet without phone line. Basicly it will be used for Skype with webcam calls and internet browsing.

Sorry im not speaking polish so its very difficult to find something in internet

can you afford to spend 100-120 zlotych monthly?

how much traffic do you need per month? 1gb? 4gb? more?

do you already have a pcmcia/express card modem or are you planning to buy one?

does your laptop have a PCMCIA or Express Card slot?

be aware of the fact that hav ing signed the contract, you'll have to pay the pill for the next two years... or, if you decide to buy yourself a modem somewhere else, you may sign a 12-month contract
