ASX 200 clings to 9,000 as tech sinks; Australia CPI sets up next move

The S&P/ASX 200 slipped 3.7 points, or 0.04%, closing at 9,022.3. The All Ordinaries lost 7.2 points, or 0.08%, to finish at 9,244.3, according to Commonwealth Bank. Tech names dropped 3.5%, sending the sector to lows not seen since October 2023.
