CoreWeave (CRWV) stock price drops in premarket after hefty 2026 spending plan and soft Q1 view
CoreWeave shares dropped 10.6% to $87.33 in premarket trading Friday after the company warned of higher 2026 spending and margin pressure. Fourth-quarter revenue rose to $1.57 billion, but net loss widened to $452 million as interest expense increased. The company forecast 2026 revenue of $12–13 billion and capital expenditures of $30–35 billion. Revenue backlog stood at $66.8 billion at year-end.
