GP-Act III Acquisition Corp. shares closed at $10.83 on Wednesday, down one cent, with only 199 shares traded. In May, shareholders redeemed nearly $215.4 million, leaving about $97.8 million in the trust account after an extension of the merger deadline to Nov. 13, 2026. The company has not named a merger target.
