GoPro Mission 1 Launches With 8K Video and Interchangeable Lenses as Camera Maker Chases Pro Creators
GoPro on Tuesday launched the Mission 1 camera line, featuring 1-inch 50-megapixel sensors, 8K video, and its first interchangeable-lens model. The move follows a 19% revenue drop in 2025 and a 23% workforce cut announced last week. Pre-orders for Mission 1 Pro and related models start May 21. GoPro shares slipped 0.2% to about 93 cents in morning trading.
