Privia Health Up Slightly; 2026 Growth Plan Still Ahead

Privia Health shares rose 0.6% to $22.78 Friday after shareholders re-elected three directors and approved executive pay and auditor selection at the May 20 annual meeting. The company kept its 2026 revenue outlook at $2.35–$2.45 billion after reporting Q1 revenue up 25.8% to $603.8 million and net income down to $3.1 million. Privia raised its forecast for attributed lives to up to 1.625 million.

Legal & General’s £1.388 Billion Claims Payout Puts LGEN’s Retail Strategy in the Spotlight

Legal & General Group Plc paid over £1.388 billion in UK protection claims in 2025, covering more than 26,000 cases and averaging £3.8 million daily. Retail Protection accounted for nearly £993 million, while Group Protection paid £396 million. The company is also buying back shares, with 100.5 million repurchased for £253.2 million by May 8. Over 40% of retail protection claims now start online.

Turkish Airlines Cancels Flights to 18 Destinations — and Its Next Move Shows the Real Strategy

Turkish Airlines will suspend flights to 18 international destinations from May and June, including cities in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, amid airspace disruptions and weaker demand. The changes remove over 100 weekly departures through October, with some routes not returning until at least March 2027. The airline’s flight academy has ordered 10 new Cessna Skyhawks, expanding its training fleet.
