Privia Health Up Slightly; 2026 Growth Plan Still Ahead

Privia Health shares rose 0.6% to $22.78 Friday after shareholders re-elected three directors and approved executive pay and auditor selection at the May 20 annual meeting. The company kept its 2026 revenue outlook at $2.35–$2.45 billion after reporting Q1 revenue up 25.8% to $603.8 million and net income down to $3.1 million. Privia raised its forecast for attributed lives to up to 1.625 million.
