Exxon Mobil stock price falls after-hours as director Ubben plans May exit; oil jitters keep XOM in focus
Exxon Mobil shares fell 2.4% to $147.28 in after-hours trading Friday after director Jeffrey W. Ubben said he will not seek re-election at the May 27 annual meeting. The Golden Pass LNG project advanced toward first production, and the Uaru project offshore Guyana remains ahead of schedule. Exxon also filed a shelf registration for future debt offerings. Oil prices held near six-month highs.
