Internet w Plus - dziwne opóźnienia (ping)

Zaczynam temat który opiszę na przykładzie.

Jestem zalogowany do GG, na pocztę, korzystam z FTP czy SSH i zauważyłem pewien dziwny problem, który występuje od kilku dni.
Mianowicie przy mniejszym ruchu widzę dość duże opóźnienia. Gdy np. chce się połączyć przez SCP to na początku występuje duży lag, podobnie z wejściem na WWW po chwili zaprzestania większej aktywności. A potem jest już normalnie.

Widać to poniżej, - tam gdzie się pojawia ok 1000 ms tam zaczynam coś robić na SCP. Potem ping jest już normalny - czyli taki jak był zawsze.

I poniżej drugi przykład, w którym w zrobiłem 2 zmiany przez SCP - po 2 zmianach nie zmniejszył pinga. Natomiast gdy wszedłem na www to od razu ping uległ "standaryzacji"

Te duże pingi to po prostu to jest przełączanie się modemu na goły UMTS przy braku aktywności. Nic na to nie wymyślisz. A ten jeden wielki lag to po prostu moment w którym modem się przełącza z UMTS'u na HSDPA. A modem nie zawiesza się? Bo może coś się z nim dzieje i już nie jest w stanie wykonać szybko tego przełączenia. Bo powinno ono być prawie niewidoczne dla użytkownika.

Może kiedyś był lekki lag, ale nie tak zauważalny. Teraz jest tragedia, bo gdy otwieram plik na SCP czy choćby edytuję na FTP to czekam 5 sekund - a tego wcześniej nie było.

Na innym modemie jest to samo - otworzyłem plik i widać kiedy była masakra....

A tutaj wróciłem do poprzedniego, chyba przełączył się na bliższy nadajnik Aero2 co się ostatnio rzadko zdarza. Prakyczoie od razu reaguje na większy ruch.

Tego internetu używam do dawna - gdyby nie było to coś dziwnego to bym nawet nie tworzył posta;-)
Wiem że już wcześniej zmieniali coś w ustawieniach (był tu osobny wątek na forum), po czym faktycznie upload znacznie wzrósł. Teraz znowu coś się dzieje.

Ale takie zmiany pingu nie są spowodowane przez przełączanie UMTS<--->HSDPA. Bo wtedy raczej modem nie powinien zmieniać technologii. To wygląda mi na obciążenie sieci. Albo jakieś inne prace przy stacjach bazowych.

Obciążenia już występują od ok pół roku. Objawy są dość podobne. Np. dziś w nocy ok 30 min połączenie było ale nawet pinga nie można było puścić.
Jednak wcześniej takie coś się nie działo mimo obciążenia - ping skakał i transfer szalał (z reguły był mały), a tutaj ping i transfer są stałe.
Mam nadzieje że 30 tysięcy pingów dziennie nieznacznie wpłynie na transfer ;-)

Być może operator zmienił konfigurację sieci i temu masz takie problemy.

Policzmy:
30 000 x 84B = 2 520 000B = 2.4MB
A to jeszcze x2, czyli daje około 5MB/dzień.
