Salesforce launched Headless 360 at its San Francisco developer event, offering over 60 new MCP tools and 30 coding skills for AI agents to access platform features via APIs and command line. The move comes as software firms face investor concerns over AI’s impact on traditional pricing. Salesforce reported Agentforce ARR reached $800 million for fiscal 2026 and said AI agents saved the company $100 million in annual support costs.
