Duke Robotics starts Nasdaq trading, DUKR slides under deal price
Duke Robotics shares closed at $7.02 Friday, below the $8.20 price from last week’s Nasdaq offering. The company raised $9.2 million but reported no first-quarter revenue and a $921,000 net loss. Duke expects over $1 million in 2026 revenue from an Israel Electric Corporation order. Cash stood at $510,000 at March 31, before the offering.
